SOQUIJ (Recherche juridique)

SOQUIJ publishes decisions from the judicial and administrative tribunals of the Province of Québec. "Recherche juridique" is a product of SOQUIJ offering access to several French language databases (Read more...).

The Faculty of Law has free access via SOQUIJ's "Programme d'accès gratuit" (PAG)" to the databases in "Recherche juridique" (full-text decisions or summaries of Québec jurisprudence, doctrine, etc., CCQ annoté Baudoin Renaud and two e-newsletters, L'Express and L'Express Travail).

Les Express 2.0

Express 2.0 consists of two e-newsletters, L'Express and L'Express Travail. Keeping you current on Quebec law, they provide daily updates on developments in case law, legislation, and commentary. Consult summaries and full-text judgments online, along with reports on legislation and legal commentary.

  ALL uOttawa users:  Express 2.0 (non-customizable version) is available through the library subscription.
