Issues concerning Canada’s indigenous populations are diverse, complex, and important. Data collected by the Aboriginal People’s Survey and by the First Nations Information Governance Centre provide rich context, which can enhance the work of researchers in many disciplines.
On January 26th representatives from Statistics Canada and the First Nations Information Governance Centre will give an introduction to the data available to researchers, how you can access that data, and how you can use them to enrich your research.
This presentation will take place in English. Slides will be available in French.
Come join us! Refreshments will be provided.
