Series consists of material related to Wilbert B. Smith's life and research. The series is divided into four sub series, which pertain to Mr. Smith's involvement with Project Magnet and Project Second Story, as well as biographical information on Mr. Smith, his research and writings, and his correspondence. Wilbert B. Smith (1910-1962) was a Canadian radio engineer who developed an interest in the studying of UFOs. These records were acquired by Arthur Bray from Mr. Smith's wife and son and forms part of Mr. Bray's papers. Series consists of files containing information on various UFO related projects including Project “Sign”, Project “Grudge”, Project “Saucer”, Project "Twinkle", Project “Red Light” , Project “Moon Dust”, Project "blue fly" and Project “Blue Book”. UFO Sighting Reports and Important Documents

Series consists of reports pertaining to sightings of unidentified flying objects and declassified reports from government organizations, many of which were obtained by the "Citizens against U.F.O. Secrecy". The series also includes some associated material including correspondence, articles, essays and memos. Series consists of essays, papers, speeches, articles, reviews, letters, a listing, memos, statements, minute sheets, a proposal and other documents pertaining to UFOs and created by various authors. Scrapbooks

Series consists of scrapbooks made by Arthur Bray which include copies of his own writings (articles, essays, scripts, etc.) and correspondence referencing those writings. Each scrapbook is centered around one particular writing and thus the title of the writing/scrapbook informs the title of the file.

Les Ecureuils Iron Mass Specimens

Series consists of specimens broken off from "Les Ecureuils Iron Mass" as well as specimen powder, which was removed from between the metallic layers of the artifact. The "iron mass" is a large chunk of metal discovered in Les Ecureuils, Quebec. Some have speculated the mass to be of extra-terrestrial origin and is therefore of great significance to Ufology.

Series consists of correspondence, clippings, a brief submitted to the Senate Special Committee on Science Policy, memos, pamphlets, reports and other documents pertaining to Arthur Bray's own research and writings.
