This fonds consists of records related to the Redlight Theatre's performances and day-to-day operations. It is composed mainly of textual records and photographs. These records offer information relevant to the Women’s March Against Poverty in June 1996, and the World March of Women in 2000. Material in this collection dates from October 1995 through to 2000. The papers were compiled by the head office of the Canadian Labour Congress, as well as local offices throughout the region. The records reflect all organizing strategies which took place prior to the marches, as well as the organization of the marches, and organization of post-march activities and events. Records include print and non-print items, including textual records, photographs, and posters.

The materials contained in this fonds give an insight of Toronto women’s movement activities in the 1970 to the 1990s. Since the 1970s, Helen Jefferson Lenskyj was involved in several community activist groups. The fonds reflects her commitment to the Feminist Party of Canada at the end of the 1970s and beginning of the 1980s. She taught at the University of Toronto between 1986 and 2007. This fonds emphasizes her work on sexual harassment prevention at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (O.I.S.E.), and her involvement with the Centre for Women’s Studies in Education (CWSE), mostly with the subcommittee that she coordinated, which investigated a free-standing women’s studies program. This fonds is also composed of a collection of various posters on women’s issues in the 1970s to the 1990s.

This fonds consists of records mainly collected by John and Barney Matisko. The majority of the documents reflect everyday life in Poland, the Prešov region in Slovakia and Serbia. Also included is material on various cultural activities, events and churches pertaining to Slovak-Americans and Slovak-Canadian such as correspondence, a newspaper clipping, a flyer, several pamphlets, booklets and eight photographs.

The Montreal Health Press fonds reflects the operations of a small, volunteer-run feminist collective, focussed on disseminating information on health and sexuality. The fonds documents the steps involved in print book production: it includes authors’ draft chapters, interview schedules and author contracts.

The records also reflect the collective's extensive promotional activities, including fund-raising programs, reviews of handbooks, promotional articles and anniversary-year publicity. Letters of support from subscribers testify to the publications’ impact on individual lives and sexual health. The fonds also shows the extensive orders and invoices for handbooks from North American health clinics and organizations.

The photographs and drawings reflect the work of numerous artists. Medical drawings–in ink, pencil and graphite–provide detail on sexual health and anatomy. The photographs represent individuals, couples, and groups of different ethnicity, ages and sexual orientation.
