Women's Employment Centre (WEC)
The Lois Bédard fonds reflects Bédard’s advocacy for women’s rights, as well as her professional involvement in the women’s union organization, Organized Working Women. The fonds focusses on administrative records from Organized Working Women, including Lois Bédard’s correspondence and executive reports from her time serving on the organization executive council in the early 1980s, until her resignation as president, in 1986.
The fonds reflects Lois Bédard’s efforts to lobby government and organizations to promote women’s equality. The fonds includes briefs, petitions, letters to government, and notices promoting equal pay for work of equal value, as well as women's reproductive rights, and their right to universal day care.
The fonds consists of records related mainly to the organization and planning of the 2011 Women's World Congress held at the University of Ottawa, co-chaired by Professor Caroline Andrew. Records relate to funding and financial support, financial auditing, and planning and include meeting minutes, reports, correspondence etc. Included also are handouts from the congress, final reports and summary documents from after the congress was held. The fonds also contains some records related to prior and subsequent Women's World Congresses.
The Women’s Worlds congress was the first world-wide interdisciplinary gathering to focus on research pertaining to women’s issues and started in 1981. WW takes place every three years in a different part of the world.

National Association of Women and the Law
The Working Women Community Centre (WWCC) fonds documents the organization's management of everyday activities as well as its programs and services offered to newcomer immigrant women in Canada.
The fonds contains administrative records reflecting on WWCC programs like Immigrant Women Into Electronics and language courses.
The fonds also contains extensive graphic material documenting WWCC programs, events, and outings.
Working Women Community Centre
The fonds of the Canadian Women’s Health Network (CWHN) reflects the organization’s everyday operations as well as its programs, policies, meetings and publications promoting women’s health and equality.
The fonds focusses on the administrative activities of the CWHN, including its early establishment, in 1993, as well as correspondence and networking activities with affiliated organizations.
The fonds documents the CWHN’s meetings and its collaboration on projects furthering awareness on contemporary health issues and their impact on women . The fonds also includes publications and news clippings produced by, and pertaining to, the CWHN and affiliated researchers.
