CWSA publications

This series consists of documents relating to the planning, publication and distribution of the Canadian Women's Studies Association (CWSA)'s four publications Atlantis, Newsletter, Weaving alliances = Tisser les liens and Women changing academia = Les femmes changent l'académie. It contains budgets, lists, student worksheets, invoices, receipts, correspondence, emails, memorandums, titles pages, notes, Carleton University Program's policies, reports, photocopy of an article on women's suffrage published on November 16th, 1911, a business card, pamphlets, a colum, draft of an article "Women's March for Bread and Roses, Jobs and Justice", meetings' minutes, booklets, an advertisement, a call for paper, draft and an original copies of Newsletter, papers and a proposal.

This series consists of documents relating to the Canadian Women's Studies Association (CWSA)'s membership between 1982 and 2006 and its membership drives. It contains blank and complete membership application forms, mailing lists and correspondence.

In 1997, Professor Monique Frize joined the University of Ottawa in the School of Information Technology and Engineering, and Carleton University in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering. This series documents her activities related to her position as a professor, including conferences, speeches and workshops in which she participated, and research projects in which she was involved. This series includes published articles, student theses and research projects, teaching materials.

Women and Union

This series consists of records relating to Myrna Wood's involvement in women unions in Ontario, particularly in Hamilton. These include her CUPE Local and the Hamilton Union Movement.

Women's Liberation Movement

This series contains records related to Myrna Wood's activities in Toronto, Montreal and New York. It includes the essay, "Sisters, Brothers, Lovers... listen", she co-wrote for the final conference of SUPA (Student Union for Peace Action on Labor Day weekend 1967 in Goderich. It contains also the essay "Bread and Roses" written with Kathy McAfee calling for a movement to organize working class women. This series highlights also Myrna Wood's participation in peace movement meeting with the Vietnamese National Liberation Front in Cuba.
