Series consists of material related to Wilbert B. Smith's life and research. The series is divided into four sub series, which pertain to Mr. Smith's involvement with Project Magnet and Project Second Story, as well as biographical information on Mr. Smith, his research and writings, and his correspondence. Wilbert B. Smith (1910-1962) was a Canadian radio engineer who developed an interest in the studying of UFOs. These records were acquired by Arthur Bray from Mr. Smith's wife and son and forms part of Mr. Bray's papers.
