Dr. Margaret Parks fonds
This fonds consists of 6 pieces of correspondence all pertaining to or received by Margaret Parks. There are two letters of reference written by her instructors at the Ontario Medical College for Women, both dated December 1900, testifying to her medical competency. As well, the fonds contains a note to Margaret Parks from her brother John. H. Parks (1893), requesting information about the quantity of coal needed for the winter; a letter to her from brother John H. Parks [1918?] containing comments on the war and a suggestion that she remain in England and not consider going to Egypt or elsewhere abroad; and two letters (1914 and 1917) addressed to Margaret Parks, probably by her mother, that offer news of home and family during wartime [...]
