Morisset Library: Facilities

To serve all users, the Morisset Library provides and ensures a clean and quiet research environment. Read our food and noise policy.

A range of facilities and equipment is also available in the Morisset Library.

Group study rooms

There are 25 group study rooms in the Morisset Library, located on the concourse, the fourth floor and the sixth floor. Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours.

24/7 Spaces

162 study spaces and 4 group study rooms are available in room MRT 022 located at the concourse level. This space is open 24/7, 7 days a week.

Study carrels

152 study carrels equipped with lockable cabinets, power outlets, data ports and task lighting are available for graduate students. Each carrel must be shared by two students.

Group study rooms

Eight group study rooms are available for graduate students. The rooms are for use by groups of two or more and can accommodate up to six persons. Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. Reserve a study room.

Conference room

One conference room, equipped with a computer and projector, is available for graduate students. The rooms are for use by groups of three or more and can accommodate up to twelve persons. They can borrow the key at the Service desk.

Reading room

Graduate students and faculty can request the code at the Service desk.

Services for persons with disabilities

Two rooms with adaptive technologies are available in the Morisset Library. You will need your student card. Read more about Library accessibility services.

Lockers

24-hour rental lockers are available for $1. They are located to the left of the main entrance.
